Subject: for the cookbook
1 tub firm tofu
1 can (most of, anyway) pineapple chunks
red/green/yellow peppers, onions to taste
sweet & sour sauce, veg. oil, soy sauce, whatever you have around.
cut tofu into 15mm cubes, preheat wok with oil and soy sauce
be sure to cook the tofu first until it's brown (if you add some sort of
brown sauce, like szechuan, you'll have to go by taste)
add onions (i like them cooked to hell, so i add them early.)
add some sweet & sour sauce
(don't add too much watery stuff, including s&s sauce, until tofu is browned)
add peppers and rest of sauce
add pineapple
cook off most of liquid
serve over white basmati rice.
goes well with sierra nevada. probably some sort of wine too.
btw the rice cooker is the best $15 i've spent in my life.

A reprise in Lincoln. Really tasty.
